I used the clone stamp to erase her mouth....
Took a pic of a real scar and set the blending mode to "multiply"....duplicated the scar layer coz it didn't seem too prominent....
Gotta further experiment with the curves / hue saturation / contrasts, etc. of the scar layer to blend it into the face flawlessly....
